VDSL can achieve download speeds of up to 50 Mbps download, and 10 Mbps upload speeds.So its about 5 X faster for downloads,and 12 times faster for uploads than ADSL2+(Regular ADSL or ADSL@+ is limited to about 15 mbit download speeds,and a merge 800k upload speed).

This is required for all new VDSL connections. A Chorus installer will come out and install a VDSL line filter. You can then connect your VDSL modem to the designated VDSL socket(s).
